Thank you for your commitment to the future of Parks and Recreation in Illinois. Below you will find a form that will need to be completed and submitted. Your information will be sent to the IPRA office. It will then be posted on the "Available Mentors" page for new protégés to look over and choose from. Phone numbers and email addresses will not be posted. Protégés will begin choosing Mentors around the end of January.

Your info will remain on the page until you are chosen by a protégé and the committee confirms the match. At that time your information will be removed from the page. When a match is confirmed, both the mentor and the protégé will receive contact from Mentoring Committee. Thank you again for your involvement in the Mentoring Program.
