Personal Summary: I graduated from Western Illinois University in 1982 with a degree in Parks and Recreation Administration and a double minor in business/psychology. I completed my internship at The Charlie Club which was a private health club in Palatine,IL and worked there for 2 years as the club manager in charge of the multi-million dollar facility and sales team. After that, I worked for the Wheeling Park District for 2 years as the Aquatic Supervisor. From 1986 to present (21 years), I have worked for the Arlington Heights Park District. The jobs I have held with this agency include: Community Center Director, Cultural Arts/Special Events Supervisor, Racquet Club/Fitness Center Supervisor and my current job as the Preschool/Day Camp Supervisor. My interests outside of work include attending the activities of my middle school age and high school children, working out, reading, photography and enjoying nature.
